Legs routine

These exercises help you to improve your power in the legs, a faster coordination, a better cardio and to running faster.
You should do three sets of nine exercises and 12 repetitions of each workout, you can take a break between each set of two minutes.

Booty workout

I know that my followers of the blog want to have the best booty on the beach, and that is because i have made this fantastic workout for you for put your booty strong, make a good shape and loss fat.
You have to do 20 repetitions of each of the five exercises until you do five minuts. You have to do four sets of five minutes with an interval to relax of 1 minute.

Core workout

This workout is the most lazy gets you to do it. But, in fact, is the most important group of muscles that we have: it gives you balance, prevent you of injuries and holds your body.
This is the most complete core routine of the world. The routine is separated into 4 sets of 5 differents exercises each set so you can´t get bored and train your different type of abdominals.

Total body routine

This is for my best followers, the routine to do all the parts of  your body. After the quarantine, you won't pass into the door and not for being too fat, for being so strong.
This routine , I leave it to your liking.
