Spaghetti Carbonara


Ingredients

·Spaghetti 500g
·Tray of mushrooms
·Bacon pack
·Cooking cream brick
·Cheese pack
·Pinch of salt
·Oil
·Pinch of pepper

Spaghetti's preparation

1) Fill a pot with water and put it on the stave.
2) When the water boils, it's time to put a liitle of oil so that the spaghetti doesn't stick in the pot and a pinch of salt for a better flavour.
3)Then you control the spaghettis cooking. Trick: throw the spaghetti to the roof and if it doesn't fall is perfect.
4)Strain the spaghetti into a colander.

Carbonara's sauce preparation

1)Put bacon in a pan until it gets golden
2) Add mushrooms with bacon and wait until they are cooked.
3) Put pepper and fill the cooking cream and wait until bubbles come out.
4) The final step add cheese to thicken it and give it more flavour.
